1. WHERE IS THE STORE LOCATED?

Our studio is located on West Orem Street, Houston, TX 77047 ( 2 minutes away from Gloss Dental City Park), where we do fittings or consultations by appointments. The full address will be shared after your appointment confirmation.

2. CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME?

Yes, you can. Please be mindful that we do have a limited capacity of clients inside the studio for each appointment. So if you schedule a fitting for yourself, a maximum number of people you can bring with (include yourself) is three.

3. DO YOU PROVIDE SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY ALTERATIONS PICK-UP SERVICE?

We currently offer Next 2-3 days alteration pick-up with an additional rush fee. This service depends on our available schedule and the amount of projects we have at the moment.

4. CAN I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A GROUP OF BRIDESMAIDS?

Yes, you can. Please provide us the number of bridesmaids will attend to the fitting when making an appointment.

5. DO I NEED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

No, you do not require a deposit for appointment. However, you will need to pay the total amount of alteration services at the first fitting, and come back to pick them up as scheduled time.

6. WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all the major credit, debit cards, Zelle and cash.

7. WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Alteration is a type of service that require not only craftmanship skills but also years of experience. They are described as labor work and are final sale. 

After your assigned pick-up date, you will have 7 days to claim on the performance of our service. If you are not pleasant with our service, please bring the garment back to us during 7 days from your assigned pick-up date and we will re-do the previous work for you with free of additional charge. 

If it passes the 7 days from your assigned pick-up date, we do not offer a re-do work on the job we performed.

8. WHAT IS BIRTHDAY MONTH DISCOUNT?

If you are 18 years old & up, we celebrate your birthday by giving you 5% off throughout your birthday month. The discount only applies for Standard & Dresses Alteration category. The discount cannot be applied to anybody else except for yourself and your garments! Your ID card will be required at the check out. The discount does not valid with any other offers.
