  • At NEEWIN, we focus solely on altering your existing garments to give you the best fit. We offer alteration services vary from daily wear, sportwear, formalwear to bridal, vintage, couture and more.

  • NEEWIN Alteration Service Fee is a 10 percent service charge that is added to the total transaction. Our Service Fee helps employ skillful tailors and ensures that our clients receive a consistent and reliable tailoring service.

    Our service fee ensures that our tailors are well compensated and receive growth opportunities in the tailoring industry. Please note that we are not required by California State to charge sales tax and as such, we do not collect sales tax from our customers.

  • NEEWIN private fitting room located at 10925 Hartsook Street, North Hollywood, CA 91601. We also offer concierge service. where you can enjoy fittings at the comfort of your place and receive garment delivery. For more details, please visit Location.

  • We encourage you to have these below items ready at your fitting appointment.

    • Garment need to be altered

    • Specific Undergarment that you plan to wear with garment

    • Shoes

    • Accessories (optional)

    A full-length mirror is required at your place for concierge service (in-home fitting.)

  • The average turn around time for standard alteration is around 5-7 days from the day you have the fitting with us. Please note that it may vary depend on the quantity , complexity of your garment & our schedule availability. Therefore, we encourage you schedule your appointment in advance.

  • We priority your needs and do our best to become your trusted alteration service. During the first fitting, Fashion Designer Nghi Nguyen will discuss with you and suggest what type of alterations need to be done on your garment to achieve a better fit. We also do our best to educate our client what can and cannot be done on a garment, and what a potential final result will be. At the pick-up date, we encourage you to try on those altered garments and give feedback directly to our fitter as this is a chance to walk through the final result. Our fitter will be the first one to identify if anything needs to be realtered on a garment.

    _If everything is up to your liking, this will be your final pick-up date and no further guarantee will be made after this point. If a garment needs to be realtered, we will re-do the assigned jobs one time with no additional fee. Please note that the next fitting and pick-up date will be depended on our schedule availability, therefore there is no guarantee of early appointment.

    _If you decide to try on altered garment at a different time, you will have 7 days satisfaction guarantee from your assigned pick-up date. According to our policy, the original invoice receipt is required to be present for our specialist to check what type of alterations we performed before starting the re-alterations process on a garment. If you are unable to provide the original invoice receipt, unfortunately the 7 days satisfaction guarantee cannot be applied on the garments you wish to be re-altered.

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Zelle & Venmo.

    We do not accept cash.

  • _Alteration service is labor work which requires craftsmanship skill with years of experience and they are considered non-refundable.

    _A travel fee applied for courier service when minimum spending is under $250. This fee covers round trips of your specialist to perform the fitting at your place and deliver the garment back to you. They are considered non-refundable.

    _Booking fee is refundable when you cancel your appointment 48 hours before your fitting date. After that, they are considered non-refundable.

  • Yes, we can. If you are not satisfied with the work you’ve received from another service, our specialists will identify what was incorrectly altered in the past and advise you options for re-alteration and acknowledge you whether it can be fully recovered.

  • There are techniques that we can help Repair or Patch damage on your garment. We will apply the best possible solution and describe what you will superficially see or feel once it is complete. However, we DO NOT REWEAVE or MEND CLOTHING. The offer repair is meant to try to cover up problem area and prevent further damage.

  • Yes, we do. We have experience doing alterations on luxury garments for events, galas, shows, TV, etc...Fashion Designer Nghi Nguyen will work directly with your team from fittings to delivering the garments back on a timely manner.
